You can't take short cuts. You can't decide not to love people unconditionally "right now". That's just not who God is, He is consistent in everything He does. Every day you need to work to reflect Jesus. There wasn't a day or a time where Jesus was like, "I'm to tired to heal you," or, "I'm not being bread of life today." That's ridiculous doing something like that just isn't in His character. God is love, glory, and holy, being lazy like that goes against who He's shown us He is. We are made to reflect His image that means we can't pick and choose what we should do everyday, you can't decide you aren't going to be how God shows you to be. At least you can't do those things and have them work with Christian ideals. Yes we are all going to mess, we won't always be the person God wants us to be consistently everyday. Messing up is going to happen as long as you're trying but when you try there a possibility you'll have a positive impact on people. When you don't try to live constantly like Jesus then you mess up early than you would've if you would have tried to live like Him.
