Don't stress about things. It's hard not to but when you stress it just makes everything worse. That's not saying to completely not worry or ignore what needs to be done because "you aren't stressing". You need to be prepared for things and there is a healthy amount of worry that helps you to get things done. If you weren't worried about a deadline what so ever there isn't a great chance you're going to be done by that deadline. However if you keep the deadline in mind while you're working then you'll be done on time. So if your worry is small, contained, and used to motivate you then it's ok. When worry starts taking over your thoughts becoming what you're focused on then it becomes a problem. When you are worrying about someone ask God for help, remember He knows everything that's going to happen and nothing is out of His power. Nothing can hurt you because when you die you go to Heaven, you are His child no matter what other people think and say, and troubles lead you closer to God. So as hard as it is to see in the moment there really is nothing to worry about because God is on your side.
