Don't waste your life. Every moment counts so don't watch everything happen from the sidelines. You can make a big difference in the world or in someone's life but you aren't going to do that if you just watch life go by. To make an impact you have to get to know people and contain your fears. Some people are made to be leaders and that's awesome we need those kinds of people, but to others it's a lot harder. That's ok you don't have to be the loudest to have the most impact, it's just important that you say something loud enough for people to hear it. That's becoming a big problem I have, I'll have a good idea or something and I'll whisper it or say it quietly so only the few people near me can hear what I'm saying. When you say things like that there's really no point for you to say them at all, if no one can hear your great ideas then they can't do anything. Saying them quietly is definitely a start and don't be ashamed if that's all you can do right now. Your thoughts are worth expressing and they can have much more power than you realize.
