"Y/N," Eddie said, popping outta nowhere.

You saw Eddie standing right in front of you but he didn't look quite like himself. You decided to just ignore it and hug him.

"I've been so worried about you," you told him. "What happened to you?"

'She's much more beautiful in person.'

"Shut up," Eddie growled.

"Excuse me?" you asked.

"Nothing. I said nothing," he lied.

Eddie looked at you with worried eyes, as if you would judge him or run away screaming.

"I-" he took a deep breath. "I have a parasite."

You looked at him weirdly and started nodding slowly.

"No, Y/N, this isn't just a regular parasite. It's like an alien life form that's a part of me," Eddie explained.

"A part of you?" you questioned.

"Yeah, it's bonded to me somehow and it has these supernatural powers."

"Wow," you began. "You know what Eddie? I was really worried about you. Like literally terrified and you just threw it in my face."

"Y/N—"

"An alien life form with supernatural powers that bonded with you? That shit isn't funny Eddie."

"I'm not joking, Y/N," Eddie tried reasoning.

'Do it now Eddie.'

"Fine," he groaned.

You just scoffed and turned to leave but then some dark goop started covering Eddie's body and eventually it reached his face.

The new face staring back at you looked just like Spider-Man but all black with sharp fangs and a scary grin.

'Hello Y/N,' the creature said.

"Wha-what are you?" you asked.

Half of the creature's face fell away which revealed half of Eddie's.

"We are Venom."
