CHAPTER 59: Gave up

"I thought it's better to risk than to regret?" Jisoo scoffed, disappointed.

"I already risked, but I regretted it." Lisa answered and left her friends hanging, drove her car out of the campus parking lot.

She park her car on a restaurant but then she saw..

Jennie and Kai, having a lunch together.

"In all of the restaurants? Seriously? I hate destiny." Lisa scoffed.

She still went inside the restaurant and sat on the table, not so far from Jennie and Kai's place.

"Lisa." Kai called, teasing.

Jennie who's holding a bouquet and a bear was shocked when Kai called a name.

"H-hey." Lisa awkwardly greeted. She took her order for take-out.

"Nice flower for Jennie, right?" Kai mocked. 

Jennie didn't intrude or stopped Kai. She was awkward.

"Yeah. Nice pick, but Jennie loves daisy. I suggest Daisies next time." Lisa knew Jennie. Her order arrived and she dash out of the restaurant.

"You..love daisies?" Kai asked Jennie and the latter nods.

"Why didn't you tell me?" He pouted cutely that made Jennie giggle.

"Did she gave you Daisies?" Kai asked.

"No.. we are f-friends." Jennie stuttered.

Jennie's PoV
Days have passed and it's Friday. The dance practice day for the dancers. Kai couldn't get back in the group because of the junior who already replaced him.

"I'm glad that I won't have a practice. We can date always, everyday." Kai said. We are with each other.

I forgot about Lisa like what she wanted me to do.

Forget her. Ignore her.

She moved herself. She never meet Me and the others. Instead, she's hanging out with Somi like nothing happened.

"Yeah, But... Irene wants us to go with her and watch Seulgi." I said. It's true.

"Oh.. it's okay! We can watch them. I want to watch them dance too." Kai answered.

"Even today—." I asked but Nayeon, Chaeyoung, Irene and the others came.

"Jennie, Let's go? Oh, Kai.. Wanna.. go with us?" Irene offered.

"Of course.. let's go?"

We walked to the gymnasium

"Lisa didn't call?" I heard Jisoo, Seulgi and Jeongyeon talking. I kept listening.

"She didn't. She's ignoring us."

"She's moving on."

"Moving on on what?"

"She gave up. She's coward. Let her be."

"She's hanging with Somi again."

"So what? She'll come to us sooner or later. You know her."

"Lisa is distant to us. I miss her tho."

"She changed her number, Dropping Somi. She's crazy."

"I told you, let her be. She knew what she's doing."

"She'll be at the practice later, let's approach her."
