Izuku's quirk is an inverted copy quirk. He touches a person and permanently copies their quirk, however it's inverted.
AKA: If Izuku touched Bakugo, he'd Implosion instead of Explosion. Half hot half cold would become Half cold Half hot. Zero Gravity would become Gravitational Pressure etc etc.
