Quirk: Siphon

Izuku's quirk is Siphon. It's an Emitter quirk that allows Izuku to siphon off, endlessly replicate [technically], and then emit all types of energy. See, his quirk has meteraphorical "batteries" it can charge, with one battery for each type of energy in existence except for Quirk Energy. [The energy Quirk Factors give off. This is an energy quirk, not a copy quirk]

In order to begin the siphoning process, Izuku needs to be hit with a type of energy he doesn't have, once that happens it jumpstarts the energy creation process for that type. To create said energy, it sucks in a present energy he has a full battery on and rapidly turns it into the new energy. If there is no energy present he already has, it turns food into energy. This process is automatic and can't be turned off, meaning one he uses an energy, it will immidently begin trying to refill itself evwn during use. This means once an area has been devoid of all types of energy he has, it will turn to the food in his stomach. Once that runs out, the energy begins to deplete without refilling. Should an energy type reach empty, it will need to be jumpstarted again to being the refilling process.

Izuku can absorb and replicate energy certain quirks emit while in use. I'll explain farther. See quirks like Erasure, Wave Motion, and One for All run on or emit energy. Izuku can absorb it, but not the quirk. He is absorbing the energy they use, not the Quirk Factor. And even then, once the quirk gets a sample it stops absorbing farther and begins the replication process using the most abundant resource available. This means that while it stops it for a fraction of a second the first time it is used on him, those quirks will work immidently if used after the first time.

To hopefully give a better mental image, I'll give an example. Remember that episode of SpongeBob where he bites off the smallest possible piece of a Krabby Patty? Well the Krabby Pattty is the new energy type and SpongeBob is Siphon. That's how little it needs to begin replication.
