Story: UA's Security Boy

Izuku was 5 years old at time of his death. He was simply shopping with his mom when his vision went fuzzy, and he started walking with her in a different direction. His mom seemed to be in a sort of daze as well, robotically leading him as they entered an alley. After a while of walking they were surrounded by a group of people. His mother recognized them as a group of Villains that were on the news, they were notorious for kidnapping people for money, something known as a Villain for Hire. Unfortunately that haze her mind was in prevented her from picking up her child and running. They knocked Inko out, and after putting her in a car they looked back towards Izuku. After a heated debate on weather or not it was ok to sell him to the highest bidder the haze in his mind was broken, which the supposed leader felt as his quirk's timer ran out, and they just decided to kill him. As he sat there, devastated and bleeding out, he weakly looked up, seeing UA in the distance, and thought about how badly he had wanted to go to UA, and after that last thought he died.

10 minutes after Izuku's death UA's alarms started going off. Something was infiltrating all their systems. Nezu was continually trying to override said infiltration, but his system would not respond, glitching out and frozen like a bad computer with horrible internet connection. The pros started getting ready for a fight and the students were in a panic, but all that stopped when the speakers began wail. It sounded like a child, mabye 4 or 5 was crying hysterically for their mother through the speaker system. After calming the mysterious (Child? Villain pretending to be a child?) down and a bit of prompting, Izuku spoke of his fuzzy mind and the group of people in the alleyway and his mommy being put in a car and getting really, really hurt by them and blacking out and waking up here and how he just wants his mommy. [He doesn't understand that he died yet, or even what death was, he doesn't know what to think]

Izuku Midoryia, Quirk: Spectral Possession. After death, Izuku's ghost will possess the last thing he thought of. However it has to either be electronical or organic. In this case, his last thought was of UA, so he possessed the entirety of UA's systems. He can see through the cameras, speak through the speakers, possess any of UA's robots, literally anything and everything electronic on UA grounds is now possessed by Izuku and under his influence. Anything added on after the fact can be possessed. Downside is he can only be in one place at one time.

The abductors were hired to take Inko by All For One. He needed her quirk as a base for a new, better quirk. Inko had Attraction of Small Objects, given Super Regeneration and Minor Atomic Manipluation to make Atomic Regeneration, the ability to pull atoms from outside the body and transform them into new tissue. The project was successful, even though it took 2 years to be successful. Unfortunately by that time All For One was already injured and all it could do was stabilize him. Inko's mind broke a year into the process and she was in a respond-to state from then on, so she was turned into a Nomu. According to Ujiko she shouldn't even be able to speak, and she became the second Sentient Nomu after Kuroguri. Her purpose, as she was previously a nurse, was to keep All for One stable and in good health as Ujiko was not able to, since the Nomu Project and his other duties took up so much time he was unable to do so.
