Izukus3 quirk is Rotom. Rotom is an emitter/mutant quirk that allows him to enter electronic objects and have small, electric wings that allow him to fly. Even if they look too tiny for his body.
Rotom is a simple quirk, but sometimes the most dangerous ones are the simplest. He can enter any electronic object and become that object given Human form. He can also travel via power line, as well as being able to hear commotion through them via sound vibration.
By entering an object he gains any abilities that object could use as "semi-quirks" as he calls them. He can do everything the object can, just as a human. When he's done the device he is possessing ejects from the center of his chest in a bright flash that could be used as a flashbang. He simply needs to have skin contact to absorb an object, and he will unfortunately lose his wings when combined.
