Quirk: Skin Barrier

Izuku's quirk is Skin Barrier. It's a passive Emitter quirk that emits an indestructible barrier around every point on his body that has skin on it. The barries is invisible to the human eye, only animals [Or those with animal quirks like Sansa or the Hosu Cheif of Police. Toga too, her eyes are the leftover mutation of a neko quirk and they act like a cat's] can see it. To animals or those who can see colors that only animals can, his barrier looks like colored glass. More information in the next paragraphs.

Izuku's barrier rests just atop his skin. He can't feel it physically, but he can feel it mentally. His barrier is literally unbreakable, having only one thing that can weaken it enough to break it. High energy outputs. Quirks like One for All, Wave Motion, and Rewind. Quirks like those attack with high amounts of pure energy. Explosion is NOT one of them, while it outputs energy in use its not the right type of energy. I mean pure, unadulterated energy. Energy in its most primal form. Attacks like that will weaken his barrier enough that normal but stong attacks can break it. The energy itself can't break it, only weaken it enough for it to be possible. When weakened, you have a one minute gap before it restabelises. If shattered within that time, his barrier is gone for 5 minutes. These times can be trained to be shorter through constant breakage. Of course, extremely his radiation weakens it too. [I'm talking Atomic Bomb leves of radiation. And yes, his barrier protects him from radiation too. It just weakens his barrier, not breaks it.]

The only exception to the energy rule is Erasure. Erasure just says "F*** You" and shatters it anyway. Then Izuku has to wait for his barrier to reconstruct itself. [The five minute one, no matter HOW trained it is. That's how badly Erasure effects Skin Barrier.]

Izuku's barrier is immune to quirks like Decay, Overhaul, Permiation or really anything but pure energy. The only times it's not are when it's weakened by an energy attack.

Another weakness is in its namesake. Skin Barrier. It's only active on skin. If Shigariki were to Decay parts of his skin similar to how he did to Eraserhead's elbow in the anime, until skin grows back over his muscle his barrier can't protect that area. The only exception to this weakness are his facial areas like nostrils, eyes, ears and mouth. Hair too. Unfortunately the inside of his anus is unprotected.

His third and final weakness are air/wind quirks. The only thing Izuku's barrier let's past it is oxygen. As a result wind and air go through his barrier. Water too, but that's only on the inside of his mouth, and Izuku can turn that off. Unlike the air one. Literally everything else in existence either  bounces off of it, or destroys itself on it. Even quirks like Chronostasis'.

Izuku's barrier can be solidified at his will, acting similar to how Tetsutetsu's works in the strength and look department. It looks like red, translucent glass covers every inch of skin when he solidifies it. However, while having his barrier in passive mode drains nothing but doesn't enhance his hits, having it in solid mode drains his stamina but feels like you got punched by a brick wall. [Nejere's drawback basically]

Finally to those who can see it while in passive mode it looks really cool when it gets hit. It ripples like water does, but it never wavers. Izuku can sense those who are a threat to his barrier through a sort of sixth sense. Well it's not REALLY a sixth sense, he just uses it like one. His barrier just gets agitated by their presence. It wobbles and writhes when they're nearby. It absolutely HATES Eraserhead though. It wobbles like a leaf and voilently thrashes when Erasure is active nearby. Thankfully, it only does this when Erasure is active, but not aimed at him. It does the normal, sixth sense thing when he's nearby.
