Izuku's quirk is Kenetifeild. (Ka-Net-Uh-Field) It's an Emitter quirk that allows Izuku absolute telekenetic control of anything within his field. The Quirk Doctor claimed it to be useless however, as the field only extends a nanometer past his skin, and will not ever grow bigger than a nanometer.
Did you see the wording however? "Absolute telekenetic control over anything within his field". His field extends a nanometer over his skin, and does not grow, however it doesn't shrink either. What's in his field? His body. This quirk is actually a Biokenesis Quirk! And the strongest one to date as well! The doctor may not have seen it's potential, but Izuku, with his analytical mind, does! And it's not like it only works on his body. He has up to a nanometer of leeway outside it too! It may not seem like much, but if he can train himself to take apart any projectiles that enter the field subconsciously, then he'll be practically untouchable by bullets or any other means of projectile harm! After all, he can feel up to the subatomic particles of his body and anything that enters the field!
