Izuku's quirk is Dream Oracle. It's an Emmiter/Mutation quirk that lets him see the future a week in advance in the form of his dreams. It also gave him heterocromia when it manifested, with his left eye his normal green and his right eye a deep violet iris with a neon-esque, sky blue pupil and a black sclerea. It is also semi-sentient, if something major Izuku doesn't agree with happens, it will use his brain to tell this, it will hyperfocus on that event. [All Mights injury, USJ Attack, Hosu Attack etc etc]
His mother is Inko Midoryia, whose quirk is Dream State. [It's a Mutant quirk that forces Inko to sleep 24/7, 24 hours a day, however lets her function as if she were awake, with the ability to speak, hear, see 360 degrees and walk/run. Since she is always asleep, she has infinite stamina] His father is Mirai Sasiki, or Sir Nighteye. They got a divorce after Mirai continued to refuse to stop working after Izuku's birth, focusing 24/7 on Hero work instead of spending time with Inko even before said birth.
Every time Izuku goes to sleep, he will see the events of the day that is 7 days away in the form of a dream. It focuses on whatever he wants it to [unless something major happens], and will act like a lucid dream. He can fast forward, stop time, rewind time, anything except interfere with the vision physically. [His body passes through everything, it's exactly like Spectator Mode in Minecraft in effect.] If a devastating thing happens that can be prevented, the quirk will hyperfocus on that.
