Izuku's quirk is a weird form of copy quirk. Whenever Izuku lays his palm flat on the chest of a person and twists his wrist and fingers sideways, a weapon portraying to that person's quirk slowly follows his hand as it exits the person. [Like the motion you would use to unscrew a bottle or a jar of butter, just with your plam flat against someone's chest and using your wrist for the motion]
The weapon could be literally ANY weapon. Swords, knives, clubs, kuni hell even a gun! But it has to correlate to the copied person's quirk. [So I'd say Mei Hatsume's Zoom for a sniper rifle, using the Zoom part on the aiming gear. Or mabye using Denki Kamanari's Electrification as Ecrizma Sticks? Ooh mabye Inko's weapon is a Baseball Bat! I dunno, get creative people!]
When Izuku has no need for the weapon anymore, it dematerializes and it goes into a sub-dimentional storage space until Izuku actively thinks "I need [Quirk Name] weapon" This storage space is only for weapons. Its physically impossible to put anything else there.
