Izuku's quirk is Past Self. It's an emitter quirk that lets Izuku go to any point in the past, even to before he was born. However, he can only interact with his past self and nothing else. No one else but past Izuku can see or hear him. He passes through any and all objects, and he cannot go back forward in time. Once past Izuku reaches present, he will take the body of Past-but-now-Present Izuku.
[So if he went to the age of the dinos, he'd have to wait and watch events from then on up until Past Izuku reaches the exact time Spectator Izuku activated the quirk, and then Spectator Izuku will take over Past Izuku's body. Past Izuku will cease to exist as Spectator Izuku becomes Past Izuku]
This quirk shifts the view of its holder so they dont go insane. To Past Izukus, Spectator Izuku is the one true Izuku. To Spectator Izuku, Past Izukus are.. well Past Izukus. They are him in the past. Meaning when the Present comes they no longer have a reason to exist. And so Spectator Izuku is Present Izuku.
Another thing this quirk does is twist Izuku's veiw of time. To Izuku, time in the past is irrelevant. The only things it's good for is finding things out and fixing mistakes.
