Izuku's quirk is Remote Resin. It's an Emitter type that allows Izuku to create and control all types of resin. He can also instantly harden and liquefy said resin with only a thought, and can "feel" its position through a sort of sixth sense. It's a simple Quirk, but also a complex one.
To create said resin, he turns the water in the air into liquid resin. He can telekenetically control both liquid resin and hardened resin, and it doesn't matter if he made it or not. He can only make a specific type of resin if he knows the formula. He has complete control of the resin, its shape (down to the atomic level with shape training, so he cna make it very sharp when hardened), its state of matter, its temperature, literally everything about it. The only thing he can not control is its hardness once solidified. That depends completely on the type of resin he uses.
