Quirk: Kenetic Gemstone

Izuku's quirk is Kenetic Gemstone. It's a Mutant/Emitter/Stockpile type that gives Izuku two gems in the center of his palms. These gems are virtually indestructible and grow bigger alongside the size of Izuku's palm.

Connected to the backside of the gemstones, inside Izuku's body, there are veins similar to [and that function exactly like it too] the cardiovascular system all throught it. He also has a Kenetic Heart that envelops and protects his original one! [Think of it like a bag in a bag, it the same concept]
While the Kenetic Heart does not beat unless willed to, it has heavy musculature, making it harder to peirce.

When the gems are hit, it turns Kenetic Force into a liquid, which is then deposited in the Kenetic Veins through veins connecting to the pointed end of the Gemstone! [The pointed end is inside the body, while the flat part is outside it]

Striking the gem with kenetic force while its emerald green in color will cause any and all kenetic energy from the offender to cease while its stolen and stored in Izuku's Kenetic Veins. [It's like time stopped on the other person for exactly 1 second before they return to normal from an outside perspective. This leaves the attacker open to attack.]

When the gems on his hands turn ruby red in color it means that he's at full capacity and his veins cannot store any more kenetic energy. If they are hit again while red, it will discharge an equal amount of kenetic energy to what it was hit with, therefore negating the hit. The veins get more elastic with every time it hits his full capacity and then is completly drained, therefore making room for a new, higher max!

By having the Gemstone touch something and then tensing the muscles in his palms, it will absorb its kenetic energy. This only works if it HAS kenetic energy however. If used on liquid or liquid enemies it the liquid completly freeze over.

By spreading his hand he can eject kinetic energy in the form of balls of light that either burn or explode on contact with its target based on what Izuku wants it to do.

Izuku can activate his Kenetic Veins to give him super strength and speed in exchange for slowly burning off his stockpile of energy. When activated, his  Kenetic Heart and Kenetic Veins pump the Liquid Energy around his body exactly like the heart does with blood. Of course when the Kenetic Heart pumps it causes the Regular Heart to pump faster. You can infer what happens with overuse from there.
