Basically Izuku is an animal with a Human quirk.
His quirk is called Human. It's a transformation quirk that acts like the Hito Hito no Mi from One Piece. He also gains peak Human abilities like Photographic Memory and an extremely high IQ.
Izuku was born an animal (either in the wild or in a zoo) but 4 years after his birth he gets the ability to turn into a person. (Complete human. No fur was left on his body at all.) As well as a form inbetween the two.
Izuku gets taken to a testing facility where animals with quirks are tested on and expiremented with, where they awaken his quirk through painful means. However it goes on a rampage. (Basically, Chopper's Monster Point) It leads the heroes to the site, where Eraserhead erases Izuku's quirk and Izuku goes comatose.
Eventually Nezu learns of Izuku.
