Izuku's quirk is Mystery Egg. It's an Emitter/Mutation quirk that lets Izuku lay a rainbow colored egg every six months. This egg is a real egg that will hatch, and they are very fragile, just like a real egg. Their size is that of a Dragon Egg. The twist is that it only hatches fictional animals. Dragons, Unicorns, Wyverns and Hydras. Stuff like that. [Yes, even animals that don't normally hatch from eggs can hatch]
Any animal that hatches is completly loyal to Izuku, and share a telepathic link with him and the other hatches.
The Mutant aspect comes from the fact that Izuku gained a special intestinal tract that allows him to lay these eggs. It connects to a hole on his lower back. The egg will just spontaneously appear at the beginning of the tract and move along it until it reaches the hole, where it will exit his body. X-Rays show that the tract itself begins in a mysterious vortex of multicolored light within his body. This multicolored light is what bonds Izuku and the creature inside the egg.
These eggs have an incubation period of a month before it will hatch into whatever fictional animal you want, be it a baby Toothless, a Hydra, or even a Pokémon. The only limitation is that it cannon be an animal that has existed in real life.
After an animal hatches the time before they reach full maturity is 5 months. At the time another egg is layed they have reached Adulthood, stop thier accelerated growth, and begin to age at a normal pace.
These creatures can reproduce asexually, and yes no matter the creature they lay eggs. The hatching time is not accelerated and takes longer than a month. Thier young will grow normally and without accelerated growth. They too can reproduce asexually after reaching Adulthood. They however are not loyal to Izuku, but rather whoever they first see after hatching. They don't get a telepathic link either. This means that if someone stole an egg, they could have their own creature. This leads to needing a license to raise these creatures legally. If they see no one after hatching they are Wild and cannot be controlled without force. Seeing no one means they go a week without finding a Master, and realize they need to fend for themselves if they want to survive. These creatures all have sentience and are intelligent.
