Izuku's quirk is Radiabeam. Its an Emitter type that allows Izuku to emit a beam of either cuncussive or regular radiation from any point of his body. As a side effect he is immune to all types of radiation, as he can PRODUCE all types of radiation. [I mean cucussive similar to Ayuama's Naval Laser, but he can chose for it to be solid or not]
If Izuku concentrates on one specific thing and shoots a non-cuncussive radiabeam at it, he can radiate an item or person. [Imagine him radiating Katskui's sweat. It'd have the same effect as a Nuke radiation wise when exploded, plus a little extra umph in the explosion itself. The orange flame also turns radiation green. Obviously he cant do that to sweat on his skin, so irradiating sweat in canisters is recommended]
The radiation is produced by a special cell prominent in Izuku's bloodstream. It expands when the quirk is activated and phases through his muscles and skin. That one cell becomes an entire radiabeam. As such, constant usage is impossible. [I mean like how Endeavor uses flames, a continuous, never ending beam is impossible, but rapid usage like Bakugo's Explosion is. In fact flight is possible by using it exactly like a mix of Bakugo's flight and Naval Laser's kickback]
In order to replenish those cells, he needs to eat a lot of potassium-rich foods. [Potassium has about 0.012% of its atoms being radioactive]
