Izuku's quirk is Obscure. It's an Emitter type that makes Izuku invisible to any form of detection other than audio.
Electronic defenses, Quirks like Search, Cameras, these are all things that Izuku's quirk bypasses. Unless Izuku wants it to notice him, it won't. Its the same for people actually. Unless Izuku wants them to see him then they won't. They will notice him if he speaks however, as his quirk cannot hide auditory sounds like speech, his shoes squeaking etc etc. [If Erasure lands on him, even if Eraserhead cannot see him the quirk will deactivate. They can hear him but not see him. If he speaks the deactivates however]
If Izuku is in contact with another person then they will get the same effect as Izuku does. He can train to increase the amount, but 2 people is the limit if untrained.
