Izuku's quirk is Order. As long as Izuku knows what the person or object goes by, he can order it to do anything he wants them/it to do using verbal commands or mental commands. Using his voice is easier however. Within realistic clauses of course. [That means that the person must be capable of doing it first. You can't make a guy with an extendo neck breathe fire! This rule does not apply to items or nonliving things though. He can break reality with them wall he wants, however he can only use one command per item, and the command is permanent. So if he said "Rock, float" the rock wouldfloat indefinitely.]
If a person or any other living being were ordered to do something against their will through any means at all, Izuku has the ability to "reach out" and "break" the command. This works on himself as well, but at the result of a migraine. If the being decides to resume the command on its own free will then it can, however it must be able to think for itself in order make a choice. They can be re-ordered. This makes him a perfect wall to any Nomu incapable of sentience.
Downsides
Thou need to know - He must know at least one name that they go by to use his quirk. If he tries to use it on someone he knows no name to connect to the face it fails.
Speech is easier than thought - Izuku quirk is easier to use to using his voice to power his quirk than his thoughts. Thoughts take more concentration.
