Quirk: Bulb Sight

Izuku's quirk is Bulb Sight. It's an emitter/mutant type that allows Izuku to use light bulbs as security cameras basically. It sounds simple on paper but it's actually pretty complex. The Mutant aspect comes from the USB port on the back of Izuku's head. By putting a USB Stick there, he can upload his memories. This could be used as security tape or for a Notebook. The USB port is directly connected to his brainstem and thus is highly sensitive to all stimuli as well as making it a weak point. If damaged it will repair itself like a broken bone would. Slowly and steadily unless a healing quirk is used. As a result he had a plug cover custom made to plug it up from those annoying gusts of wind as well as to disguise it as normal skin to protect it. Izuku can also inhabit things through his USB port if it is connected to a house's electricity through a USB cable, Bluetooth or otherwise. Plugging things with electricity into his USB port too many times makes his brain feel tingly. His brain is highly resistant to electricity and even turns it into energy when plugged up, but it's not immune so doing it too often can lead to issues like severe migraines and even electrical seizures [as if he were being tased]

What's really happening is that Izuku's conciousness leaves his body and enters the electricity in the nearest light bulb [or the one he's targeting] He can swap bulbs as fast as the electricity He's possessing can move from one to the next through connected wiring.

LED lights give the best vision, with a clear cut view but are the worst audio wise. Round shaped bulbs give slightly grainy footage, but work best at night and is the middle ground in terms of audio. Spiral shaped bulbs give the worst vision, but are the go-to for the best audio. All bulbs give a 360 view of wherever light shines through glass. Neon bulbs are impossible to inhabit.

When using his quirk, his body becomes vulnerable to attack. It's left in a vegetative state without his conciousness, and there is no time limit for coming back other than starvation and dehydration. If his body dies without his conciousness in it then Izuku will be stranded inside a light bulb for the rest of his days or until someone makes a robotic body with a light bulb for a head and plugs it into an outlet that's connected to the light he's in. [Unlikely unless he manages to talk to a mechanic using Morse Code, more on that next]

Izuku can make lights flicker on purpose. While this might not seem useful at first it's actually extremely handy. By learing Morse code Izuku can communicate while inside of a light bulb. He cannot keep the light off however, only flicker them.

Breaking the glass of the bulb He's inhabiting sends him back to his flesh body. It also severely disorents him as well as makes him nausious and slow on the uptake. Cracked bulbs split his vision, and broken ones just don't work. Burnt out bulbs work just fine, however they will light up while he's using them. This means if a Villain knows that the light should burnt out and its on it'll give him away. Burnt out bulbs also feel slightly slimy, as if they'll turn off at any moment but they never do.
