Izuku's quirk is Factor Eater. It's an Emitter that allows him to "eat" the quirk factor of others. When Izuku makes a motion with his lips as if he were slurping up a long Ramen noodle, a multicolored rainbow mist exits the pores of his opponent and enters Izuku's mouth. Continuing this and over time the opponent will feel their quirk getting weaker and weaker, until the point they just can't use them anymore. Continuing after that point is dangerous though, as it will start to harm the quirk factor, and farther past that can destroy the quirk factor for good.
Eating a quirk factor enhances Izuku generally as well as with the same quirk he ate, allowing him to use it and a strength boost until the genetic material he ate is used up. After reaching the no use stage of quirk drainage, it takes a full day for it to fully recover.
