Izuku's quirk is Crest. It's an emitter quirk that allows Izuku to, after touching the chest of himself or another person [and while willing it to happen, this also works through any amount of clothes, wether it be Izuku's or the other person's, and is not limited to his hands, it can be any part of his body just so long as it touches their chest], place a crest on that person's chest. Once placed, that person cannot disobey whatever Izuku tells them to do. He can place these on an infinite number of people without getting tired, literally creating an army that listens to his every command in an instant. It even works on Nomu, sentient or not!
There are three types of crests. The Slave Crest, the Delayed Crest, and the Infectious Crest. They are visible on this part of the chest, for any gender:

The Slave Crest does what it sounds like, it enslaves it's wearer. The Delayed Crest is literally just delaying either the Slave Crest's or the Infectious Crest's first activation until either A) a certain amount of time passes, B) a certain event happens [like "Until I tag 100 people"], or C) until the person does something [like "Until he enters Tartorus"].
The Infectious Crest causes it's wearer to go towards a predetermined destination [wherever Izuku is thinking of at the time he placed the crest, including specifics like "camera room" or "top floor"] and makes them touch everyone they can, spreading the Infectious Crest around like an infectious disease, just like it's epithet. If Izuku touches the chest of the original Infectious Crest weilder while willing it to become a Slave Crest, it will do so while also changing anyone it infected [including indirectly, like say Infected OG touches Person 1, turning Person 1 into Infected 1, then Infected 1 touches Person 2 and infects them] into a Slave Crest as well. Doing this means pitting Izuku's will against the amount of Infected people all at once, effectively making it Izuku's will VS the will of 10, 20 whatever the amount of people is. This is true for trying to crest any number of people above the number of 1, even using the Delayed Crest.
After placing a Slave Crest, the person(s) involved will enter a state not unlike Shinsho's Brinwashing until given their first command.
These crests will last until Izuku dismisses them. He does this by placing his hand on the crest, and willing it to dissapear. He can also change their visibility by doing that too. Normal visibility means the crest glows with an unearthly shine. If the clothes are thin, you could even see it through them. He can edit that to barely any glow, or no glow at all. He can also change a Slave Crest into an Infectious Crest for a set amount of time through this method as well. [One the time is up, anyone they Infected will gain a Slave Crest]
A Slave Crest on himself allows him to access things his body normally would not allow him to, like Hysterical Strength. To force his body to do things like produce more stem cells, heal faster, continue to do things even if his body is tired, or order himself to do something. An Infectious Crest on himself does the same thing to him that it does to anyone else, except that he has full control over his impulses.
When ordered, you can either do what he says willingly, or the crest will ovveride your nerual pathways and force you to do it. He can leave subliminal orders like "Do not try to contact the outside world" or "Gain free control of your facial muscles". He can order you to "Fight them until either you die or they do". His first command usually is "After all orders are completed, act as if you are not under my control and continue your normal life". This is because if he does not give that command, after all orders are completed the crest will become inactive until given another order. Meaning the crested person is in complete control of themselves and can potentially do something disastrous to Izuku himself or his plans.
When being crested, Izuku is trying to impose his will over you. As a default, Izuku has the willpower of the amount of people he has crested [So if he has crested 10 people, he has the will of ten people. If he has crested 20 people he has the will of 20 people, etc etc]. You can try to resist it. You will only ever get one shot at defeating the crest, and if you do you are released entirely and cannot be crested at all. The only time you can attempt to break free is if it's the first time you are being crested. Users of One For All have the willpower of 10× the number of the holder [So the 8th holder has the equivalent of 80 people, the 9th has the equivalent of 90 etc etc]. Users of All For One have the willpower of the amount of quirks they have.
Weilders of this quirk have their personalities slowly shifted to be cruel, sadistic and merciless. This quirk wants it's user to be a Villain. Using Erasue on Izuku does nothing but not allow him to give any other orders than he already has until he is not under its effect anymore. He also cannot make new crests under its effects either. Using Erasure on a person who is already crested does nothing but erase their quirk if they have one, it does not remove the crest.
