Quirk: Blitzkreig

Izuku's quirk is Blitzkreig. It's a transformation type that does a couple things. To transform, Izuku needs to be angry. It doesnt matter the type of anger, whether it be anger on someone else's behalf or just angry in general, absolutely any type of anger will trigger the transformation, no matter how big or small the feeling is.

When transformed it gives strength and speed comparable to a 100% punch from OFA [the 9th user]. Izuku's intelligence will be boosted by more than three times as well, so don't assume he'll be the typical "brawn and no brains" rage state. No, he'll be much smarter than normal. He'll grow to be double his normal height, his skin will turn to be black as the night sky, his eyes turn black and his iris and hair will turn white [Even the hair on his arms and legs turn white]. His veins will glow a neon green as well, similar to the red veins of One For All, however that feature can be turned off with training. The veins will look like they're pumping little stars throughout his body, and if someone were to take his blood while transformed, they will fi.d that his blood becomes  green plasma during the transformation. The 8 freckles dotting his face will turn white, looking like 8 stars on a night sky. His fingernails and toenails become the same shade of white as well. All and all, though it sounds intimidating, you would feel as if you are looking at art of the night sky while he's transformed.

The Plasma Blood empowers the rest of his body, strengthening it. When not transformed, he does not have plasma blood, but normal blood. No one could figure out why, but the properties of his blood change to exactly match that of Plasma when transformed, except its colored a neon green. As a result, trying to drink his blood when he's transformed would literally kill whoever tries it for obvious reasons.

The weakness for this quirk is it's own activation. He can only be transformed as long as he is angry, so if he's forced to be calm with say a quirk that forces someone else to feel a certain way, his body will de-transform. Only through mastery of his own emotions will this quirk be of any use to Izuku instead of a hindrance, after all any semblance of anger that forms inside of Izuku will transform him whether he wants it to or not.

Inko's Quirk is Telekenetic State, while Hisashi's is Plasma Breath. Telekenetic State is basically a Rage State quirk, but with telekensis instead of strength. Plasma Breath is the ability to breath out Plasma whenever he wants to. These two quirks combined to create Blitzkreig!
