Hisashi Midoryia was a hero that fell in battle against a mysterious villain five years before Izuku would enter UA. [Around the time All Might was wounded] His quirk was Arrow Summon. It allowed him to summon an unbreakable arrow with minor shape-shifting and shock-nullifying properties. He often used it like a sword, applying the shape-shifting to change the arrow head and a bit of the arrow shaft into bladed sides reminiscent of a sword. Another thing he often did was block using the arrow, as it was unbreakable and absorbant so it was perfect for stopping hits.

Hisashi created his own fighting style that revolves around using an arrow in close combat. He got it patented and everything. He starts to teach it Izuku when he got his quirk, and when he dies Izuku continues to hone it in remembrance of him. Thus means Izuku is more muscled than canon.

Inko Midoryia was originally Inko Monoma. She took Hisashi's last name when she married him. Her quirk is the same as cannon and she inherited a slightly stronger version the one her father had. Her mother had a copy quirk that allowed her to copy any quirk that was used on her, and her sister has a quirk that allows her to copy any non-mutation quirk.

[Inko's mother could be a reason behind Neito's Inferiority Complex, as his family could constantly compare Neito to her and her Quirk, leading him to resenting her and her Quirk. Mabye you could make it complicate things between Neito and Izuku]

Finally, the way OFA interacts with Izuku's quirk is diffrent. In order to stop the aging issue The First does something Izuku suggested as a way OFA might interact with quirks when coming up with theories on what OFA would do to him with All Might, cleanly fusing the two quirks.

See, a Quirk Awakening was a phenomenon that was heavily studied here, more so than in canon. So they found out that when a person undergoes one, thier quirk factor reaches out for everything it can in thier biology to try and help its host survive. This means anything that could be added to itself from their quirk history and biology will be added and the unusable things are burned as fuel for the quirk, making it stronger. Meaning OFA would fuse itself to the weilder's quirk by being sucked in.

So Izuku hypothesized that in order to properly establish itself in the body without damaging the quirk factor it forces the natural quirk to awaken so OFA could bind itself to it. That's why it seems that the Quirks of the previous users got [he literally says qoute-on-qoute] "empowered".

While completly off the mark, it DID give the First the idea to do so, and it actually worked! However it DID knock Izuku unconscious, where he would meet The First and he would thank him for the fix and explain some things. So OFA gets fixed! And something else happens that goes unnoticed...

[The First would explain that all the power Izuku adds on to the stockpile, he will keep when he passes it on. The First thinks that if OFA got any more powerful, no mortal body could withstand the drawback. This means the "Embers of OFA" and the theft prevention become a permanant side effect of being a weilder of OFA. You're stuck with it. He also tries to tell him that they hit singularity with the transfer, and what it entails but he gets cut off by Izuku waking up.]

==================================

Now, it's on to Izuku's quirk.

Izuku inherited a combination of Inko and Hisashi's quirks and due to this, their quirks have one big diffrence. Izuku can telekenetically control his arrow(s), and Hisashi cannot. His radius is unlimited, however the farther away the arrow goes the more unstable his control of it gets. It is possible to train to get better control of that aspect.

When Izuku gets OFA it awakened his Quirk. It does the process I explained and adds the ability to permanantly copy diffrent types of arrows from quirks. It only does so however when it's used on him. [So to get a Bomb Arrow he'd have to have Katsuki's Explosion Quirk used on his body.]
