Quirk/Story: Forced Quirk Telekenisis

Izuku's quirk is Forced Quirk Telekenisis. It's an Emitter quirk that allows Izuku to telekenetically control other people's quirks. Everyone has a transparent aura around where their quirk can be accessed on their body, colored to match the power itself. [For instance, Todoroki's left side is red and his right side is a snow white, Bakugo's hands and feet are surrounded by an orange glow, Ochako's fingertips are surrounded by a 5 bubbles of bright pink.] Should Izuku tug on it he can forcefully activate their quirk, and then anything that comes out of it he can telekenetically control as if he produced it himself. By "pushing" it he can forcefully activate their quirk and make it backfire on themselves, hurting them. [Basically he can force a quirk failure]
Holding the energies in place stops it from activating, though the energy builds the more they try to activate it, causing his control to slip more and more until it releases as a big attack, by tugging at the last second he can bait that big attack and control it for himself.

Izuku can tell if someone has more that one quirk. The's Quirk Colors swirl and mix together in an endless cycle. It's been described as similar to a strobe light, flickering between colors rapidly wile spinning as if in a whirlpool at the same time. If the multiple quirks merged into one, singular quirk then the quirk color splits evenly between the number of quirks instead of strobe lighting. [One for All is split evenly between a pale white and a vomit green, spread around the whole of the body while Warp Gate is split between a wispy blue, a pale grey and a deep purple layerd on top if each other. All for One would just straight up give someone epilepsy if they stared at him too long with all the colors swirling inside him flashig about like they do.]

Inko's Quirk is the same, but Hisashi's is Forced Quirk Activation. When Izuku was three he mysteriously went missing, never heard from again. He was part of a big disappearance streak at the time.

Neither Hisashi's nor Izuku's quirk work on Mutant types. Izuku can barely sense them while using his quirk on them is pointless as well as deadly. Mutant energy is deeply ingrained into their physiology. By holding it, it stops every muscle and organ from moving. Even the heart. By tugging the energy it leaves their body but gives the victim a very high fever as their bodies try to restructure itself to live without the energy supporting their organs to reinforce them, while doing nothing for Izuku himself. [Ida's speed would cause organ ruptures in his body if his organs weren't adapted to handle his quirk's speed, for example] And pushing causes their muscles and organs to go into overdrive, causing a whole slew of issues.

Overuse of his quirk causes it go sporadic and activate every quirk in his vicinity. Izuku can force it to only activate itself to de-esclolate the issue, and it even grows itself by doing so. Of course he didn't figure this out until the Training Camp so he had to be careful. This does, however only delay the issue. Eventually he needs to let it run its course where no one is around.
