Izuku's quirk is Tactile Vibranium. It's an emitter type that lets Izuku turn steel into Vibranium from Marvel, but only if Izuku is weilding it. One minute after leaving his touch and it will turn back into steel. If Izuku grans a hold of it again before the minute is up than the timer will be reset when he lets it go again.
If it is larger than 7 ft in any direction, then it will not work. The iron in his blood is consumed to make vibranium, so keeping it as Vibranium is important because if he runs too low on iron the steel won't turn into Vibranium.
