What if Izuku was born with a mutant quirk, but he looks so human no one noticed... except for when he grew a monkey tail!

Basically Izuku was born with a Quirk that gives him the traits and abilities of a Sayain, a race of aliens that was hunted down and ruthlessly exterminated during the Quirk Emergense. It's a Mutant quirk that works similar to the other animal related Mutant quirks. (Think about it, a Human is technically an animal and so are Aliens, but aliens are just animals on another planet)
I've seen a few Sayain Izuku fics, but they're all usually with him being a full on Sayain, and not as it being a quirk. If it was a quirk, then a lot would change. OFA would be able to boost his abilities much more than if they were natural Sayain powers, especially the Zenkai Boost aspect. Imagine that, a boosted Zenkai Boost. AFO would be able to steal it, the Doctor and Monoma could copy it. It could be completely destroyed by Quirk Destroying Bullets etc. etc.
