Izuku's quirk is Wipe. It's an Emitter type that erases all evidence of the target's existence. It's activated by touching the forehead of his intended target. He can set a time limit or make it a permanant thing.
Erasing their existence isn't literal. They still live, but any and all evidence of their life up to that point is removed. Any memories other people have of them are removed, any documents or videos featuring them are deleted, DNA not on their person is removed from existence, if it related to them it was removed. Even One for All isn't safe. Yes they keep One for All, but they no longer have ANYONE in their corner, the Vestiges remember as well but that's it. They now live in a world where no one but Izuku remembers them, with no way to get their previous lives back unless Izuku lifts the quirk's effects.
