Story: God of Hyperdeath

If you watched or played Undertale you'll understand just by reading the title. Izuku has a Flowey quirk.

Flowey has long since passed away, as well as all the original monsters, including Asgore and Toreil. The advent of quirks was the result of the shattering of the barrier. With no where for the remaining magic to go, it re-entered humanity. As a result, the Monsters were thought to be quirk users. The race "Monster" was lost to time, though the knowledge of them were not. King Asgore stating that it was a good idea to drop the name and enter society as "Humans with Mutant Meta Abilites" so there is not even more strife amongst them. After all, their magic was stripped from them after destroying the barrier. After decades of breeding with humans, their souls were lost, human souls take domince in the womb after all.

200 years later, a baby is born. He is full of happiness and love. Christened with the name Izuku, 4 years later in the middle of protecting a boy from Bakugo's Explosion; he was transformed forever. Originally his soul was of the DETERMINATION Trait. After this however, his soul turned white. His body shrunk into the form of a small, red-petaled [DETERMINATION infused, its why theyre red] flower. Of course no one can use their souls anymore. The Barrier is what allowed that to happen, so without it all they have are their quirks. Souls are checked after birth and again getting their quirks, even though they are useless. They realized that his soul changed due to his quirk. To a Boss Monster's to be exact. It shattered Humanity's knowledge of quirks. Quirks DO NOT interact with SOUL. It used to be a known fact. That fact turned into "There just hadn't been a Quirk that interacted with the SOUL yet." Trigger, of course interacts with the SOUL, however no one counts it as it is simply condensed and stripped down HATE.

His original soul did not dissappear, but was given to someone else who needed it. Chara was reborn as a Midoryia, with none of her former memories. Her Quirk is SOUL Sight. She can see the SOUL of other people. Of course it isn't really a quirk. It's just the remains of her original powers. She was stripped of them along with the destruction of the Barrier.

His emotions were stripped from him, but two things stayed. His ability to move before he thinks, and his DETERMINATION to be a Hero! These two things allowed for him to get One for All from All Might. Yet again he was transformed. His body had returned, and he looked godly both in his looks [he's chiseled from marble, metaphorically of course. And looks hot as hell.] and his presence. One for All compiles SOUL power as strength. All Users know that, as it allows them to tap into thier SOUL Trait, if only slightly and for a limited time. They also know they drain their MAGIC when transferring. It does not kill them, but they do lose their SOUL Trait. The 8 Souls within One for All were:

First's: Justice.

Second's: Hate, formerly Determination [He was corrupted by hate after witnessing the First's death. He mastered the power and did not let it consume him. He can now lend that power to Izuku in moderation without corrupting his SOUL, however that means he did not go towards Izuku's transformation into a God because it wouldve corrupted him. He serves as a sort of booster, similar to Trigger in function though without losing his mind.]

Third: Patience

Fourth: Integrity

Fifth: Kindness

Sixth: Determination

Seventh: Perseverance

All Might, Eigth: Bravery

Everyone knows what happens when a Monster comes in contact with 7 Human souls. Izuku became a God, and has Hyperdeath Asreal's abilites with Izuku Midoryia's body. Of course, ever-changing rainbow hair and eyes is a plus.
Determination is the strongest within Izuku, as it was his original SOUL Trait. Therefore he can use it. The rest are just... there. He can hear them just fine and even communicate! But cannot use them until their quirk comes in. [All-Might has a psudeo-quirk as his buff form. Has the same downside though. The more he uses it the less time he has in it, starting off at 5 years and ending at a resting place of 1 second.]

Tenko's SOUL Trait: Hate, but controlled similar to the Second. (Formerly Determination, has since lost its abilites)

All for One's SOUL Trait: Evil, a very light black that seems to go darker when stared at.
