Izuku's quirk is Summoner's Pull. It's an Emmiter type quirk that lets Izuku summon any bonded item. The doctor theories that it's an advanced mutation of Inko's Quirk. This idea is based off of Thor's Hammer, Moljnier. Any item bonded to Izuku acts exactly like Moljnier, with every feature except the Lightning powers and the whole "worthy" stuff, which was replaced by only Izuku being able to pick them up. No amount of strength can pick them up. Bonded items are not strengthened durability wise unless it is made from a type of metal, in which case it get the strength of Uru metal, that same material Moljnier is made of. [So if an All Might figurine was bonded, you'd be hitting and blocking with unreinforced plastic]

Apon manifestation, only one item can be permanantly bonded, but temporary bonds can be made. By straining the temporary bonds enough, they can be made permanant.

Enough equates to repetitive use on any singlular item, and getting that item to 24 hours without straining. Default on a new item is 10 minutes. On average, each day gives him 5 more minutes time each use, however temporary bonds cannot be used on the same item for 24 hours, and it depletes literally every bit of stamina he has, no matter how much he would train stamina. So that means if he used it every night before bed, every 288 days he would get a new bonded item.
