Izuku's quirk is Fix-It. It's literally Felix's power from Wreck-It Ralph. The only diffrence is that Izuku has the ability to summon a shiny and very sparkly golden hammer that fixes absolutely anything to pristine condition, even humans. [Restoring them to their absolute prime, even reversing aging] However he can only summon and use it once per day.
He can still use his powers, however he needs to use normal hammers, and even then when he uses his quirk with them it's too much for it to handle and they disintegrate after one use. Also, he has to hit the thing decently hard at least, to prepare for a bruse! For like half a second. Finally it's less effective than the Golden Hammer, only fixing non-living things perfectly and not restoring humans to their prime.
