What if All Might was too late to the Sludge Villain and Midoryia drowned? What if Izuku came back to life in front of a depressed All Might's very eyes? How do events change from then on?

The plot is this: Izuku drowned in front of All Might's very eyes only to come back to life in front of him. Canon continues up to the point where All Might decides to give Midoryia OFA. After all, he's a good kid and if he's also doing it for a little insurance against AFO getting a quirk like THAT then well... no one needs to know it. The rest is for you to decide! (WARNING: THIS IS A OFA!IZUKU! STORY ONLY)

Quirk Description and Ablities:
Izuku's quirk is called Immortal Scars.
Whenever Izuku dies, he gets a scar representing said death. Drowning? He'll get a scar over his lungs! Burning? He'll get a scar on the first part that was touched by the fire! Decayed? He'll get a scar on the first part that was affected!So on, so forth! However, he can ONLY scar if it's from a death. Aizawa's quirk CAN effect Izuku. It causes him to have a heart attack and truly die until Aizawa turns Erasure off. Same for quirk cancelers.

Depending on the condition of his remains, the time to come back is longer! If he was completely dusted by Shigariki for instance, it'd take about a week to reform. However, if he were drowned it'd take about 1 minute to 5 minutes depending on how much water are in his lungs. Pummeled to death by Muscular? At least an hour! The key to how long is always how bad his corpse's condition is! So if he was completely dusted the dust particles would have to rejoin together again into his body, so it'd take a long time for that. However, if he were drowned only the area his lungs are in was effected, so it'd take less time.

His regeration can be trained. It starts of as minor regeration. It can be trained up into Mid Regen, then High Regen, Super regen (Like the USJ Nomu), and then finally Instant Regen (Pretty self explanatory). The state of his regen directly correlates with how long his corpse takes to reform! You can choose to have regen only activate when he dies or not!
