Quirk: Robotic Regeneration

Izuku's quirk is Robotic Regeneration. It's a Mutant type that allows Izuku to Regenerate, with a twist. Anything that regenerates is regenerated as robotic parts.

Anything that gets damaged/destroyed on his body is replaced by better and better technology the more it happens. [Basically lets say he gets a scratch on his knee. The broken skin gets replaced by robotic skin. The Regeneration reaches great heights, so if a limb or even his head gets removed [Obiously, he doesn't know if his head will regenerate and doesnt want to test it, but it will] it's almost instantly replaced by a Robotic version. If a Robotic part is damaged or destroyed it regenerates as a version that negates the way it was initally destroyed while simultaneously upgrading all other robotic pieces on his body in the same way, as well as being more durable. It can change everything into Robotic parts, organs, muscles, nerves, skin, etc. A funny side effect is that Izuku pees oil and poops scrap metal, no matter what he consumes this is the result.] It also slightly responds to Izuku's wants when regenerating. Izuku can control what happens by fervently wishing for/thinking about a feature while it's regenerating. [Like energy beams that shoot from that part, or any other function you can think of]

Robotic Regeneration is as slow as normal healing. Recovery Girl's quirk can speed it up though. Also, instead of getting tired, he has energy levels. If he ever has Low Energy Levels alongside Low Health the quirk will search for outside energy sources to hijack. This could lead to a scene like this:

[Energy Levels: Low]

[Health Levels: Critically Low]

[Scanning for Energy Sources: One found]

[Attempting Energy Syphen Process]

[Failure]

[Attempting Energy Syphen Process]

[Failure]

[Source unwilling to comply. Forcing connection]

[Sucess. Siphoning energy from Source: One for All]

[Sucess. Health Levels: Stable]

[Attempting Disconnection]

[Failure]

[Attempting Disconnection]

[Failure]

[Source latched as Second Reactor. Forcing Disconnection]

[Failure]

What I had in mind for this scene is this: The USJ Nomu beat Izuku black and blue, leaving Izuku without a leg and an arm and close to death. Izuku's quirk commenced a scan and found the Levels to be too low, and as such looked for outside sources. The only one nearby that wasn't compromised was All Might's One for All, as he hadn't passed it on to someone else yet, and had just arrived. One for All's Vestiges saw the advances and thought it was from a malicious source and not Izuku, so it was denied twice. When the connection was forced it linked Izuku and One for All, and seeing Izuku's Vestige just a single step from forming [AKA Dying] they pushed all the energy they could to try and save him. By this point the Vestiges could hear the Internal System [The voice in the section above] speaking. When they hear that the first Disconnection failed they realized what happened. By sending energy they "consented" to a transfer. [All Might's Vestige, while not concious is basically his Subconscious. Seeing a person in need even Subconsciously made him want to help, which meant that All Might consented to the transfer Subconsciously] Which means that One for All itself moved to Izuku, with him becoming the 9th weilder completely by accident. [Izuku himself is the Vestige they see, he is lucid but concious, meaning that he saw everything happen but thought it was a dream]
