Izuku's quirk is Replica. It's an Emitter type quirk that allows Izuku to perfectly replicate any bullet he holds in the palm of his hand. As a side ability, he can alter any gun he weilds to be able to shoot any bullet he wants it to at the time using the atoms in the air.
To replicate a bullet, he needs to close his hand into a fist around the bullet. Doing so copies the structure of the bullet as well as anything contained inside of it. To create a new bullet, he needs to think of the bullet he wants and have already copied before willing it to appear. The quirk then forms a perfect replica of the bullet using the atoms in the air.
Inko's Attraction of Small Objects combined with Hisashi's Pistol Summon to make Replica. The bullet copy is an upgrade to Hisashi's quirk, which uses his lipids to create ammo. However to do so it sacrificed the ability to summon a gun alongside it.
