Izuku's quirk is Blood Test. It's a Mutation/Emitter quirk that lets Izuku know everything about a person medically after a single drop of their blood touches his tounge. As a side effect Izuku is completly immune to bloodborne illnesses and diseases.
Special, microscopic pores run inside of Izuku's tounge that all lead into a type of tube that runs down the throat, alongside the Adam's apple, and to a specialized organ that vaccumes up all blood that touches the tounge. This organ is inbetween the lungs, just above the heart and completly shielded by the sternum. In the organ it is processed, and then when it's done it is converted into Izuku's blood type, is already cleansed of anything harmful to the body and then redistutied into Izuku's bloodstream through a tube connected to the heart. If for some reason Izuku's heart stops this organ can function as a substitute for 2 hours before it gets overworked and fails.
Once the blood leaves the organ Izuku gains all knowledge of what's going on in the donator's body medically. It gives him facts like if they have drugs in their body, if they're malnourished, if they have a virus, their blood type, and even deformities that are unrelated to their quirk, hell even if they're missing organs or have cavities! Literally anything medically wrong or not wrong, Izuku will know it even if the person themself does not. This quirk gives information even if Izuku himself does not understand the terminology. [For instance, a four year old probably doesn't know a lot about medical terminology, and that's how this quirk reports it to him. He'll need to learn medical things before he can truly understand the results]
