[Rise to a God]
The story starts off with Izuku's quirk test. He is told the same thing as cannon, however there is a key diffrence: Izuku is NOT quirkless.
Izuku's quirk is AFO Acended and it allows Izuku to steal quirks at a range. It also retained the aspects of AFO's brother's quirk, meaning his quirk cannot be stolen. It is also found out that after he steals his 10,000th quirk, his quirk will mutate heavily, allowing him to create and destroy quirks at will.
After his doctor's appointment the Doctor notifies AFO of the development. AFO decides to have a pawn keep a watch on Izuku's upbringing to see if he develops the way he wants, or if he has to make some... changes.
Eventually it leads to the day All Might crushes Izuku's dream... and AFO is ready to pick up his heir...
