Izuku's quirk is Flemish Giant. It's a Mutation quirk that gives him the traits and properties of the Flimish Giant Rabbit, as well as green fur on his whole body [Except the privates, those are normal.] and a Flemish Giant tail. It allows him accelerated growth of the arm and leg muscles, and his fastest and most natural running position are on all fours.

So, I'm giving Izuku extra height due to Quirk Growth.
Izuku ears are hypersensitive. Loud sounds hurt, so Explosions next to his ears are a no go. As a result, he's (probably) been given a device that block out sounds at levels that would permanantly harm his ears, but not the non-harmful levels.
When on all fours, his back is large enough to carry people.
He's very fast on all fours, though the speed of a normal Flemish Giant is 45 mph, so compare that to the size of a human.
His arms and legs have been bunnified [Rabbified?] to that of a Flemish Giant, just with 5 toes that can act like fingers on all four limbs. As you can imagine this is very beneficial. [Basically if you don't understand, his feet can act as hands and his hands can act like feet, and his feet can act like feet and his hands act like hands as well.
