Izuku's quirk is Full-Body Engine. It's a transformation/mutant type that allows Izuku to pop an exhaust pipe off of any bone in his body. The Mutant aspect comes from his bones. They were all replaced with compact engines in the shape of bones. Izuku is also Tenya's nephew, but they were grown together like brothers. Tensei Ida was twins with Hisashi Ida. Inko's Quirk is a mutant type, Dense Bones. Hisashi's Quirk is a transformation type, Tounge Engine.
Popping a single exhaust out of his palm can result in a makeshift flamethrower. He can also adjust the size of the exhausts, but they can be no bigger that the bone they sprout off of. Length is as big as he wants. Popping an exhaust is painless, as the skin and muscle was changed to be so during manifestation. Pulling an exaust out still hurts like hell though. The metal is a Bio-Materal, a normally non-living material made from living cells. As a result they regenate just like any other part of the body would.
