Izuku's quirk is Unlucky Reality. It allows him to warp reality in whatever way he wishes, but has an.. unlucky downside.
See, every time he goes to sleep he will spin a wheel at some point in whatever dream he's having, that has numbers ranging from 1 to 5. Whatever it lands on will be the number of unlucky, reality-warping incidents that will occur the next day.
And by unlucky, I mean getting struck by lightning on a cloudless day kind of unlucky. His powers will also be unavailable from when it starts to 1 minute after the event ends.
