Quirk: A Soulful Impact

Izuku Midoryia is weird. Most everyone at Aldera thinks that. They know his quirk is powerful, it has to be. But he has this... aura. To most, it's creepy. It feels like he could look deep into thier soul and know their deepest, darkest secrets. But to the few with good intentions towards him, it's comforting, soothing. To the few, they know he'll be a good hero. However, no one knows what his quirk is. Well, no one but Katuski.

Izuku's quirk is Soulful Will. Whenever he touches someone, he can interact with their Soul. The detrement to his quirk is that whatever he does to a person's physical body, he does to their soul and vice versa. That means that when he touches someone, he simultaneously touches their soul. If he hits someone, he also hits their soul. This tends to creep people out a lot, as it sends chills down a person's spine. He can also feel other people's intentions through their soul as a passive ability.

A person's soul is strengthened by how strong their will is. This means that if you hit a person with a weak will, they'll go down faster than a person with a strong will. The stronger Izuku's will is compared to the opponent is also relative to how much more it will hurt. This means that no matter what thier body state or quirk is, he can hit them.

A corpse has no soul. That means that he cannot feel nor can he interact with a dead body. That means that he's useless against non-sentient Nomus other than doing physical damage to their bodies.

If Izuku so chooses, he can get anything he wanted from a person by interacting with their soul. Memories? Sure! Want someone to feel a certain way about you? Go for it! However there is a limit.

It's harder to manuplate a person's soul the closer to his amount of will they are, and if they have more will the him its completely impossible. Also he cannot interact with a person's quirk using their soul unless the quirk is sentient. And even then he can only lock the quirk away, or unlock it. He cannot take quirks or copy them.

Izuku has always had control over just how hard he interacts with a person's soul. So he uses percentages to measure how hard he's hitting a person's soul.

Soulful Will interacts with OFA strangely. Attacking a OFA user with Soulful Will is equivalent to attacking the amount of people the number of the holder is. So hitting All Might with it is comparable to hitting 8 people's wills at once. Therefore if it gets given to Izuku, he'd be hitting people with the will of about 9 people.. And all the OFA users are pretty willful people, so it be like a United States of Smash on a person's soul. If Izuku hit someone with the full force of OFA + Soulful Will, it'd straight out kill anyone but the most willful people in the world! And even then it'd feel like you got hit by a bus on every possible surface of your body!
