Izuku's quirk is + 1. It's a Mutation type that seems weak to kids, but seems immensely strong to adults, and once a kid is 8 then THEY will understand. [According to Google that's around the time kids learn how to multiply. By that time they'll know just how powerful getting a + 1 every time you wake up is]

Every day after it manifests, when Izuku wakes up, he gets a holographic notification box that says, [It's a new day! +1 to all stats! + 1 point to stockpile!] Everyone can see the box, not just Izuku. Unfortunately he does not get The Gamer powers of anything like that. He simply gets a Stat System. No extra abilites, only Sub Stats.

"Stats" is a broad term in this case. For Izuku, it means EVERYTHING about him is upped. Lifespan, Durability, Strength, Intelligence, Charisma, Healing, Stamina, and Stockpile. There are Sub Stats, but those do not get a +1 every day because if they did, they'd reac a level where simple life would be inconvenient. [Imagine if he got + 1 to height every day. Eventually he'd just be too big for a house.]

Stockpile refers to the stockpile of dump points collected. Izuku can use these to either up one of the other 7 stats, or use it to up the Sub Stats. Whether it be upping the rate his body functions, putting points into his height, upping his 5 senses or somethig else you can think of that relates to his body. [Yes, you perverts out there. It can work on that too.] Izuku can up it. The downside is that upping a stat is permanant. You can't lower them.

By the time Izuku is 14, all his stats are at 3650. His Sub Stats are whatever you want them to be within 3650 points.

One for All does basically nothing for Izuku. I mean yeah he gets the benefits Canon Izuku does, but the only two things that happens is there's a new substat called OFA, and the Vestiges can communicate with Izuku using the holographic texts in the morning.
