Izukus quirk is Repell Pad, it's basically just the Paw Paw fruit. Izuku gets it as a quirk and NOT from a fruit. To unlock it, he needed to read the One Piece manga up to the point where Bartholomew Kuma was introduced. He can do everything Kuma can, plus a few original ideas, like constantly repelling himself just like Bakugo does to fly, or frequently repelling very small pads air like a macine gun. I just think it'd be a cool power in MHA's setting.
