Izuku's quirk is Growth Acceleration. It's a Mutation quirk that accelerated the growth of all the muscles in his body by 2×. Simple, right? Wrong. So so wrong. Remember when Quirks were described as muscles? Yeah, well it's a lot more literal for Izuku!! Any quirk given to Izuku will have it's Growth accelerated by 2×! One for All would acclimise to his body quicker, any quirk would grow in power quicker, any quirk added to his body gets accelerated!
