Izuku's quirk is Molecular Scissors. It's an Emitter type that allows Izuku to summon a single pair of scissors that can cut anything at the molecular level. The blades are made of tungsten steel, while the handle is a hard rubber. The scissors can be taken apart to make two daggers, and while those daggers don't have the power to cut at the molecular level, they're still sharp enough to cut through steel like butter. They also can't be dulled in either scissor or dagger form.
Once taken apart, they need to be desummoned and resummoned in order to become scissors again as putting them together manually won't work. It takes stamina to summon them, but it's such a little amount that it's basically inconsequential. The scissors Izuku can summon will change shape to perfectly fit his hand as he grows, the blades along with it. It starts off at kid's scissors and makes its way up from there.
