Izuku's quirk is... turning into a kid?!?
Basically Izukus quirk allows him to freely manipulate his age. He can go from baby to old man in seconds! Thankfully, any musculature is kept when aging up or down. [Now isn't that a funny thought! A baby with a six pick!]
This meant that Izuku got an early start on safe bodybuilding than anyone else did in his class. His mind is effected by what age he's at too! When he's younger, it's easier to learn and absorb information and when he's older, he has more control over his emotions! The rest of the ages are sort of middle ground. This means he can retain more information easier because of children's better cognitive functions!
He has to be careful though. Go too old and his body will start to die of old age! The reason you die of old age is because your body is so old it cannot keep making the cells in your body fast enough to stay alive. That means that when Izuku learned this fact, a portion of his body literally died off. It left him quite shaken, but unharmed.
He can also reverse any damages done to him by reversing his age. [Its like he's fast forwarding or rewinding his entire body. He also subconsciously knows his true age by the millisecond, and when he "lets go of the reins" he reverts to his true age. He chooses what he want to keep in his body (Like muscles, scars, or deformations) when he rewinds.]
How hard do you think it'll be to fight a guy that rapidly switches between 7'5 teen to small little child without losing any of his punching power!? He just weaves behind guards like they're nothing!
