Izuku's quirk is Shift. It's an Emmiter type that lets Izuku shift the direction of gravity for anyone or anything in his sensory field. If you've played Undertale, then this is basically Sans' Blue Magic in Quirk form. No he can't make bones or blasters. He does have a sensory field however. This field grows by one inch every time the clock hits 1:49 AM [According to his mother, he was born at 1:49 in the night as well. Izuku thinks it's connected]
With his sensory field, Izuku can sense the presence of other creatures. From rats to people he can sense them. He can actually feel a person's intent using this. Sadly, the field is unmanipulateable and stck in the shape of a semi-circle so he cannot sense enemies that are below him.
When active, Izuku's eyes glow a deep blue. Hand gesters make it easier to use, but they aren't nessacary. When used on an item, they gain an equally blue aura as his eyes. When used on a person, a blue heart appears in front of their chest. Once gravity is shifted or intensified it takes no more energy to keep it shifted or intensified. The act of shifting or intensifying it does take energy though.
