Quirk: Share

Izuku's quirk is Share. It's an Emmiter type that allows Izuku to share absolutely everything between himself and people he trusts. [Trust means that he would genuinely feel safe leaving his life in their hands, as well as either mutual platonic, parental or romantic interest. This is somewhat inspired by OFA and 8 for the Ninth's gimmick, but there are quite a few differences]

By sharing everything, I mean everything. This includes: emotions, thoughts, quirks, memories, strength, and trauma. When a "Link" is formed, all of those are immidently shared between all people who are linked, including people other than Izuku. This means if Izuku had Bakugo linked and then linked Ochako, Izuku and Bakugo would be able to sense her emotions, traumas, and get to add her muscle mass to their own. [It's as if Ochako's muscle mass were a part of their own, and vice versa for her] Bakugo and Izuku would also grow Ochako's pads on their fingers [in their own colors, Izuku's being green and bakogo's being orange], allowing them to use Zero Gravity. Ochako and Izuku would get nitroglycerin-like sweat and be able to fire them off from their hands, and if Izuku has One For All, then Bakugo and Ochako would be able to use One For All as well. If Share was his only quirk, then the strength aspect would be doubled, and the same would happen if he linked with a quirkless person.

The parental aspect is slightly strange, as it goes both ways. Izuku's mother would feel parental towards Izuku, and Izuku would see her as his mother figure. That would be enough for a link to be established. Now, if Izuku were to feel parental over someone else, like say Eri, and Eri sees him as a father-figure, than that too would be enough for a link to be established.

By having skin to skin contact and willing it to happen, they can share memories. The thought sharing part happens no matter the type of link or how far away they are. Izuku can send mental messages and speak to those who are linked to him via a mental connection. It's like a hive mind, everyone can speak to anyone that is linked. Just to reiterate there is no distance limit to this, but it can be cut off using quirks however.

While linking, Izuku and the person being linked would experience the worst migraine of their life, effectively putting them out of commission for at least 5 minutes while everything is getting set up. Once done, all the benefits of Share are completly implemented and cannot be undone unless Izuku cuts the "string" connecting himself to them. Doing so causes the people on both sides of the "string" to pass out though. For at least a day in fact.
