Izuku Midoryia's Quirk is Healing Hug. It's an Emitter type that takes the matter in the air and directly around him, and pulls it into the person he's hugging in order to heal them. The matter is directly converted into human tissue, however the process saps Izuku's stamina, and the drain is amplified depending on how bad the injury is. He can even use it on himself, however the drain is doubled.
When Izuku hugs you, you feel extremely cozy, as if you were wrapped up in your favorite blanket right after it came out of the drier. It cannot heal scars, but it can heal the injury within the scar. [Basically if he healed AFO, his face would still have scar tissue, but his eyes and nose would be returned. Unfortunately, Izukus quirk cannot return his hair. The skin used to make the nose and eyelids would still be scar tissue though. If he healed All Might, he would be fully healed but the scar would remain on his body]
Inko's Quirk stays the same, however Hisashi's quirk is Hug Bubble, and it allows him to create a bubble-like barrier around himself and whatever he is hugging, and is activated by hugging an object or person.
